Returns:

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery date.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in their original packaging. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@tismagusa.com with your order number and reason for return.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery date with photos of the item. We will gladly replace defective products at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items:

Due to the nature of our products, used items and items not in original condition are not eligible for return.

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
